Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized order.

Returns and exchange details

Due to the nature of our pieces, they are all one-of-a-kind, and we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you are unhappy with an item (excluding custom-made items) or it doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another item within 7 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for shipping costs for returning the original item to us and shipping the new piece out. PLEASE make sure to return the item in the original box that was sent to you and do not use just envelope, even padded, as it will get damaged.
Unfortunately, we have seen this done and that is what has prompted us to have to mention that.

Custom Orders are non-refundable or returnable since we send pictures sent during the process in order to ensure our customers satisfaction. ; )

Shipping policies

General store items are typically shipped within 24-72 hours after payment has cleared.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday so those days are not included in the 24-72 hr turnaround time.
We ship with USPS using first class mail and always get delivery confirmation, if you need items shipped priority- please note that in your order, and there may be an additional charge.
International orders are shipped using USPS first class international mail, and take on average 10 business days.
There is no tracking available on international packages, unless you would like to ship them USPS Express Mail, which will be an additional fee.
We are not responsible for lost international packages if you choose not to pay the extra fee to get the tracking.
